SOLVED – Canvio USB Problem

RAWR! Never in my life have I found the only solution to a hardware problem was to return the product, but after two hours of intense search and scouring both and, the only support is that CANVIO drives should be returned!

If < 15 days, return to the place you bought it


Oh, what was the problem?  The drive does not plug-n-play into Windows.  I tried two different Toshiba laptops, a Dell and Gateway that I had handy.  I tested Windows 7 (various editions) and ye old XP.  The most web posts are from Apple/MAC users who seem pretty unhappy.  CANVIO FAILS!
