RAWR! Never in my life have I found the only solution to a hardware problem was to return the product, but after two hours of intense search and scouring both www.toshibal.com and www.toshibastorage.com, the only support is that CANVIO drives should be returned!

If < 15 days, return to the place you bought it
else www.toshibastorage.com

GAWD!

Oh, what was the problem?  The drive does not plug-n-play into Windows.  I tried two different Toshiba laptops, a Dell and Gateway that I had handy.  I tested Windows 7 (various editions) and ye old XP.  The most web posts are from Apple/MAC users who seem pretty unhappy.  CANVIO FAILS!
